Earlier this year, comedian David Letterman interviewed actor Jeff Goldblum and the conversation turned to fitness tracking technologies.
“I’ve never seen you in better shape—are you doing something?” asks Letterman.
“You know what I do,” responds Goldblum, “I brought my Fitbit…. My trainer says you’re doing something viable if you take 10,000 or 11,000 steps a day.”
At that point hilarity ensues as Letterman not only insists he doesn’t know what a Fitbit is, but then he takes it and runs around the studio as Goldblum frets about the tracker counting steps that aren’t his.
